Privacy notice.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

This notice describes how Celestial Operating uses information collected through this website’s inquiry form.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, company, email address, optional phone number, project description, selected service, timing and any operating area or additional context you provide. We also include the source page, campaign parameters and referring website hostname where available.

How we use it

We use this information to review your inquiry, send a confirmation and follow up about your project. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions, including spam filtering. Mailgun processes the notification sent to Celestial and the confirmation sent to you. Email is also handled by the providers serving the sender and recipient mailboxes.

Website measurement

The website records interaction events in the current browser page, such as opening the form or reaching a step. These events exclude the text you enter. No external analytics destination is configured by default. Hosting providers may process request logs to operate and secure the website.

Retention & requests

Inquiry information may remain in form records and business email while we handle your request and any resulting business relationship. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. We will review the request and any business record requirements before responding.

What to include

Please send only the information needed for an initial conversation. We can agree a suitable way to exchange project files and confidential operating information afterward.
